1. Registering to be a Tutor with us is free. However, we reserve all rights to reject your application.
2. You must reside in Singapore and must be 18 years old and above with a minimum of 'O' Level qualification or diploma and good grades in the subjects that you wish to teach.
Tutor Conduct
3. You understand that all personal information provided are accurate and updated.
4. On the first lesson, you must produce all necessary documents to certify your academic qualifications and credentials to the parent/s.
Assignments
5. The term “commission” refers to the amount we levy on the tutor for a successful assignment. For all new assignments, the commission charges is 50% of the total monthly fees. All collection of commission will be done by our coordinators, no tutors are allowed to collect on our behalf.
6. Any termination of tuition before the end of first month by the tutor, a penalty cost of 50% of 1 month’s agreed fees will be payable to us.
7. Any changes made to the frequency or schedule of the lessons for the first month has to be made known to us. Failing to do will result in termination of the assignment.
8. If you choose to cancel the assignment before the first lesson, 48 hours notice is to be given to us. If you fail to notify us in time, an administrative charge of SGD 50 will be imposed.
9. In the event that the parent deems you unsuitable for the assignment after the first lesson and terminates before the second lesson, we will not levy any commission from you and the customer will not be obligated to pay for the first lesson. You will be informed of suitable assignments in the future.
