Generally our terms are based on good faith, mutual trust and understanding.
All the fees, frequency and duration of the tuition will be agreed between the client, the tutor and the agency prior to the tuition. As such we expect all parties to honour their words and commitment at least for the first month. 

1)  The tutoring rates stated on this website only serves as a guide and the final rate is subjected to negotiation between you, Rainbow Tuition and the tutor.

2) All lessons are chargeable based on the hourly rates or the agreed rates.

3) The rate is non-negotiable once agreed upon, be it verbally or written. If you terminate the service after the first lesson, you are liable to pay for the amount of lessons provided.

4) 50% of the first month’s tuition fee (deducted from the tuition fee) will be payable to Rainbow Tuition as agency fee for services rendered when an assignment is successfully assigned unless otherwise stated. 5) Tutors are not authorised to collect the payment on behalf of Rainbow Tuition without Rainbow Tuition’s approval.

6) Subsequent payments will be paid to the Tutors. The frequency of the payment will be negotiated between you and the tutors after the commencement of the lessons.

7) Clients should inform us immediately if the tutor tries to renegotiate the tuition fees or try to change the frequency of the lessons.

1) The assigned tutor will teach at the residence of the customer by default unless otherwise indicated by you and you are to provide a reasonable environment for the conduct of lessons.

2) There is no trial lesson. Tutors will have to be paid for the number of lessons rendered prior to termination by the client.

3) When registering, please provide information on your contact details and your tutor requirements. The assignment information you provide should be as accurate as possible. Untrue or inaccurate information which may mislead tutors and Rainbow Tuition coordinators should be avoided. You may opt to call our service hotline to register through the phone instead.

4) Rainbow Tuition aims to be as accurate as possible in the description of the tutors. However, Rainbow Tuition does not guarantee the description of the tutor to be accurate, reliable, current and error-free.

5) Rainbow Tuition will try our best to ensure the qualifications and other credentials of the employed tutor are correct. You may request to see the tutor’s academic certificates at any point of time. It is also the client's responsibility to ensure that the tutor's credentials and qualifications are satisfactory.

1) Clients who choose to cancel the assignment before the first lesson should inform Rainbow Tuition 48 hours before the commencement of the first lesson. Failure to do so will be subjected to an administrative charge of SGD 50.

2) In the event that you decided to stop the tuition or change a tutor, you are liable to pay the tuition fees based on the number of hours conducted. You are advised to commit at least 1 month so as to give the tutor and the student time to create a mutual understanding.

3) You may request for a change of tutor at any point in time if you are not satisfied with them. However, you are required to pay the fee equivalent to the number of lesson rendered prior to termination. We will then find another suitable tutor for you.  A replacement of tutor will be FREE of charge.

1) Rainbow Tuition will not be responsible for any disagreements or conflicts that arise between the tutor and you. Rainbow Tuition may however, at our discretion, try our best to assist to resolve the conflict, but we cannot make any guarantees.

2) Rainbow Tuition will not be held liable or responsible for civil proceedings and/or criminal prosecution on any acts of dishonesty, misconduct, and/or misdeeds on part of the tutors that may cause any inconveniences, disturbances, offences and/or any actions on part of the tutors. 

3) Rainbow Tuition will not be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the parents, students, and Tutors.  While every endeavour is made to ensure that information provide is updated and correct, Rainbow Tuition will not be responsible for any liability, injury, claim, damage, or loss of any kind as a result from any errors in the information in this web site, or in any material supplied.

4) Rainbow Tuition will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising in connection with the use of this website. 

5) Rainbow Tuition holds the copyright to all the content and graphics on the website, any re-use of the materials without prior permission from Rainbow Tuition is prohibited.

6) Rainbow Tuition reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
