Do I need to pay?

Please note that registration at our website is FREE of charge. Rainbow Tuition only charges 50% of the first month's tuition fee (deducted from the Tutor's fee) as agency fee for every successfully matched student. There is no additional charge on the client.

When do I make payment?

Payment will be collected from the parent / student after 50% of the first month's lessons, which is usually the 2nd week after the commencement of the lessons. Subsequently all payments will be made directly to the tutors.

* Tutors are not authorised to collect the payment on behalf of the Agency without the agency's approval

Our preferred modes of payment are Internet Transfer or ATM Transfer.

Generally we do not collect cash payment on the spot due the large number of client island wide. This is to reduce the administrative work so that we can serve you better.

Acknowledgement of payment will be send via email or SMS.

*For Internet Transfer (Preferred) please indicate your name or Invoice number.

*Please email admin@rainbowtuition.com or SMS 8362 7207 the date and mode of payment after the transfer.

Please try to use same bank to do the transfer. Avoid using interbank transfer (eg. avoid UOB to POSB transfer). As sometimes the transfer may not be successful.

Do let us know if you need to write us a cheque. Payee name and details will be provided upon request.

For Foreigners:

If you do not have a bank account, you can always make a cash deposit or purchase a cashier order at any POSB / DBS branches in Singapore. You may also ask your colleagues or friends to issue a cheque on your behalf. Feel free to enquire with us should you need any assistance.

Urgent or unique cases

For urgent or unique tuition, or very short term assignment, the agency may charge a one-time service fee for the services rendered. Example intensive tuition or very short term tuition prior to exams. This will be discussed and communicated to the clients prior to any confirmation.
